Overview: The United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) oversees the Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiative and serves as the Executive Agent for the Army Security Assistance Program. As a Major Subordinate Command under the U.S. Army Materiel Command, USASAC operates across multiple locations. This contract provides Programmatic Support Services for Security Assistance (SA), FMS, and international programs, supporting U.S. Army-managed weapon systems and associated equipment throughout the entire FMS Life Cycle, from Case Development to Case Closure. The successful candidate will assist USASAC by conducting research, providing recommendations, and analyzing FMS case development and execution to meet customer requirements. This role requires experience with security assistance management procedures, weapon systems, technical coordination, cost and schedule management, and risk mitigation to ensure the timely delivery of operational and supportable systems.

Responsibilities:
- Abstract or concept studies and analysis; planning, evaluation and definition of requirements; development of alternative approaches to problem solving; cost benefit and trade off analysis; feasibility analysis; regulatory compliance support; risk assessment and analysis; and coordination across functional areas with geographically separated organizations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of technical or logistical experience is required.
- Experience necessary includes, but is not limited to, three (3) years related to strategic planning, requirements analysis, logistics, and acquisition management.
- Bachelor's Degree in such disciplines as Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, International Relations, Strategic Studies, Foreign Policy, International Studies, Political Science, Liberal Arts, Education, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related technical, or professional disciplines.
- Active Interim Secret Clearance or above is required at the time of hire.
