Position:Field Service Representative (Contingent upon contract award)
Overview:We are seeking highly qualified Field Service Representatives (FSR) to provide technical support, on-the-job training, and hands-on maintenance services to support our mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in vehicle or equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair—ensuring the highest standards of readiness and performance in the field.
Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for military-grade vehicles and systems.
Provide on-site maintenance services, system upgrades, and diagnostic evaluations.
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for foreign military personnel and junior technicians.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in maintenance procedures and best practices.
Document maintenance actions, warranty claims, system performance, and technical findings accurately.
Support program integration, logistics, and fielding operations as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Prior military service with MOS qualification in at least one of the following:
Demonstrated experience in vehicle or heavy equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and field repair.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of training and mentoring others.
Ability to travel extensively and work in austere field environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting military logistics or field maintenance operations.
Prior experience in contractor or OEM field service roles.
Familiarity with Army maintenance systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, SAMS-E, or similar platforms).
Experience with deployed operations
Fluent in Portuguese
