Position:Senior Program Analyst, Front Office Support
Overview:Provides a wide range of Front Office administrative and analytical support to ensure efficient operations at the Joint Consolidation Point (JCP). Prepares briefs, reports and other documentation as required. Generates reports and analyzes business metrics to inform Front Office staff and make recommendations. Understands all facets of JCP operations in order to provide various reports and updates to Front Office staff. Assists with various projects and works on assignments moderately complex in nature.
Responsibilities:
Ability to analyze and interpret moderately complex data to provide metrics and key performance indicators monthly and as requested.
Assist with authoring policies, procedures, and formal SOPs for government personnel to publish and employ.
Assists Navy Transportation Account Code (TAC) manager with reporting and document management. Maintains access to Syncada and DCBS to pull invoices/reports.
Ability to utilize Navy ERP for AUKUS support, as needed.
Preparation of presentation material and briefs for Front Office staff. Modifies and updates brief for bi-weekly transportation call.
Coordinate, prep and track JCP visits.
Advise and assist with strategic planning, policy and business analysis to include, but not limited to:
Support development/refinement of JCP mission and vision statements.
Develop process improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
Assist in formulating internal policies and procedures.
Provide assessment and recommendations of new policy or changes.
Develop, apply, and validate operational metrics and performance risk assessments.
Support studies and assessments and gather information to synthesize functional needs.
Conduct physical space and allocation planning to anticipate and respond to emerging mission requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance is required in order to be considered.
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and greater than ten (10) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning.
Additional experience can be substituted for a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related experience is preferred, though not required
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
Technical and documentation skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
Written and verbal communication skills
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
