Position: Logistics Analyst (US Contractor)
Overview: The Logistics Analyst is responsible for assisting the Taiwanese Security Assistance Foreign Representative (SAFR) with matters pertaining to Taiwan Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case transactions.
Responsibilities:
Liaise and maintain regular communication with NAVSUP WSS International Program Directorate team, Code N52 regarding logistics and financial support requirement for Taiwan equipment sustainment and operations. Initiates expedite action for urgent Taiwan support requirements as required.
Manage Taiwan outstanding Repair of Repairables (RoR) transactions across all FMS repair cases, to include Request for Repair Service (RFRS) submission in WebRoR, tracking of incoming and outgoing serial number repairs, status of repair contract awards, monitoring shipping reports and coordination, expediting, and follow up with NAVSUP WSS Taiwan Repair Managers.
Monitor ROR requisitions in WebRoR. Ensuring information is kept up to date and Taiwan SAFR is informed of progress as required.
Assist with research for obsolete items using Haystack or other logistic systems. Input non-standard requisitions into Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) for submission to Parts and Repair Ordering System (PROS) when required.
Submit new Taiwan SDRs via SCIP, Track status of open SDRs. Compile and provide SDR trend data report to Taiwan SAFR. Follow-up with NAVSUP WSS SDR team when required to obtain the most current status of SDRs.
Assist with investigating Transportation and Freight Forwarder suspended shipping issues using appropriate agencies.
Research and resolve general requisition inquiries such as but not limited to status, technical information, misdirected shipments, and additional funding requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin with the ability to use traditional Chinese words.
U.S. Citizen.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Self-starter that can work independently within program boundaries to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
Excellent time management skills.
Works well with a small team.
