Position: Program Analyst (Senior)
(Contingent Upon Task Order Award)
Overview: ITC Defense is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support multiple Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) International Program Managers, Case Managers, Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APML) and Team Leads. The selected candidate will use knowledge of all aspects of program development and execution to adeptly analyze challenging and vexing technical and program management problems and recommend insightful and innovative solutions. Assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. Provides analysis support, track program/project status and schedules in support of the program office. Experience can be in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Logistics, or Program Management. Some examples of the type of support that ITC is looking for are provided below under Responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Support could be in any combination of (but not limited to) the following general areas:
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
- Attend Program Management Reviews, Technical Coordination Meetings, conferences, briefings and other significant program activities and events occurring in CONUS and OCONUS, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance
- Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college and greater than (10) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning. Additional years of experience can be used to offset the degree requirement.
